Refund policy

It is our desire to ensure 100% satisfaction with every Sophia Nicole purchase. Therefore, we offer returns on eligible items, for store credit only, within 7 days of receiving your merchandise.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unworn or unused, makeup and smoke free, deodorant and perfume free, with tags and in its original packaging. In the interest of hygiene and for your protection, we do not accept returns for pierced earrings or jewelry sets containing pierced earrings unless the items are damaged upon arrival to you. You will need to provide proof of purchase.  We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. 

Upon receipt of your Sophia Nicole merchandise, we encourage you to inspect it and contact us within three (3) days by email (info@shopsophianicole.com) if the item is damaged.  You must also send a picture of the damaged item.

To initiate a return, email your request to info@shopsophianicole.com and we will notify you once the return is approved.  Instructions on how and where to send your package will be provided. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  You are responsible for the shipping fee and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
